Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Sign in and visit Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, monitors, chat history, and device tokens within 30 days. If you cannot sign in, email support@aires.club from the address on your account.

How do I create a new account?

Account creation is handled on https://aires.club from a desktop web browser. Once your account is active you can sign in to any of the mobile apps with the same email and password.

I am not receiving push notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings (Settings → Aires Monitor → Notifications → Allow Notifications). Make sure you have signed in to the app at least once after install so we can register your device token. Snooze, Quiet Hours, and Focus Modes can also suppress notifications.

Can I change my subscription from inside the app?

Subscription and payment management is handled on https://aires.club. Sign in from a desktop browser and visit your account to upgrade, cancel, or update billing.

How often does Aires probe my monitors?

You choose, per monitor: every 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes. Lower intervals catch outages faster but use more credits.
